You download the ISO and burn it onto a disk. You need a flashed Xbox to be able to play them. I'm not going to go into detail about all the little things you need, you can search about it yourself. I don't think you can put just the ISO on your Xbox and play it that way.

just follow all thease steps



first download and install utorrent then go to piratebay (piratebay may be blocked so use a proxy from this list depending on which country your from [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ) go onto piratebay search the game you want and when it loads click the little SE icon on the right hand side and that will bring the fastest and best download to the top, click on your choice download and once loaded click "get this torrent" now utorrent will pop up and it will start to download, it will take a while so leave it to download (will come as .iso) now you will need to extract it so you can play the game on your jtag, use Xbox Backup Creator to extract the .iso into a folder, (open Xboxbackupcreator > image tools > image browser > file > open image file > select the .iso u want > it will load in the box now right click the game title and click extract > (make a folder called lets say "Mw2" select that folder and now let it Finnish extracting (will take a while)
when its finished move the foler "Mw2" onto ur jtag/rgh and put it where ever you want it in xexmenu, theres several ways you can move the folder to your jtag.. USB flash drive.. transfer cable etc..

Keep in mind that depending on your connection the download could take a day or two, so don't think you'll download it and play it immediately

yeah just leave your computer/laptop on and downloading over night and should be done in morning, thats what i do
