can someone tell me if it is still possible to system link my retail to my jtag with mw2 tu7 or do i need tu8 can someone plz help me

Well yes you can system link a jtag and retail on TU7 so long as both consoles have TU7. If your jtag has TU7 and your retail TU8 it won't work. They won't even be able to see each other in the system link menu.
