What is the secondary error code? I didn't think bad nand flashes gave you 3 RROD, I thought it was E71 error for bad nand, [s]unless you got RROD.
If you can boot Xell, which I'm doubting, you could flash a new image. What dashboard did you create a image in RGLoader?
Never mind all that, I'm a little trippy right now. What is the secondary error code?

You wont be able to overwrite/flash a new nand without Xell using a USB - You'll need to use a nandflasher + a program like nandpro/Jrunner. i.e. NANDX,LPT CABLE ect..
