This is my 19th post and it happens to be the fourth about the Easter egg.
I just found out for myself that you CAN do the Easter egg with someone that has already done it! BUT, there's a catch to this. You MUST do the side of the Easter egg that they haven't done just yet.
For example)
If your friend did the Maxis side of the story, you must complete the Rictofen!
(Which is how I just figured this out.)
Same way around if they completed the Rictofen first.
By the way, I suggest doing the Rictofen side. It is more mysterious, has more steps, more difficult then the Maxis side. But also has a better ending in my opinion.

I am the first to find out, if not one of the very few that is willing to share this that I know of.

or you can get the friend who wants the achievement done to start the lobby on custom games solo everyone has to join the game. then you can start the Easter Egg on round 2 which isnt too hard

You are right, this could be another solution. But if you just want to get it done to start out, you could do it the way I posted. Both work.
