You'd probably be better off finding someone on either the Bungie Forums or Halo Waypoint Forums because there are very few people doing that nowadays. Those achievements are very frustrating to work with and it's hard to find people since Halo 3 & ODST are old games.

If all else fails, just Mod them.. it's an easy solution to get them.

You won't get Recon for the achievements anymore.

As of March 2012 Bungie stopped all Halo-related things on their website including getting Recon through the Vidmasters.

343 Industries started a thing with Halo 3 where they would just give everyone Recon at no cost, all you have to do is just play Halo 3. So eventually you'll get your Recon from 343 Industries, it'll just appear in your armory one day.

The halo 3 achievements you can mod easily, and you can mod the halo odst vidmasters as well, but to actually have it work with unlocking recon you need to set up a game as if you're playing for the 2. When you unlock the achievement go onto halo waypoint and put in the exact date it has you playing that game and it'll work.

EDIT: Nevermind, this is how you would've had to set it up to unlock recon if Bungie was still in charge of the servers.. Just ignore this and read Halo4's post above...
