You cant... same thing happened to my old account, and my xbox, perma banned on both, you know what i did?, i went to the store, got a crappy phat xbox for a hundred bucks, rigged my slim harddrive to my phap xbox by taking apart my old phat harddrive and using its connector cable to the top of my phat xbox, and then i made a new account, call xbox though and be like "what about the rest of my gold membership that i paid for?" i did that and they sent me a code to type in for how many days i had left, which was 21, and also a code for 380 microspft points which was also on that account, maybe they'll give you a code for a full game too if you bought one from the live marketplace, i didnt have any at the time so idk about that one

if you get a hammer and start smashing your xbox it should uban your account ;) no problem for the help or you can just wait out the ban your choice

They dont do that anymore my account got banned 2 times (2 different accounts)
They just straight up told me that it was gone and i was ticked! it was like 11 months! and over 3000 ms points

Ok this may sound completely weird and rediculous but YOU HAVE TO TRY IT... it worked for me but you have to take it seriously...

So Step 1. goto this website [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Step 2. Follow the interactive tutorial until finish
Step 3. Use your newly made machine and set to the date 12/31/9999
Step 4. Hit the big green button that says GO!
Step 5. Dont forget a flashdrive
Step 6. Put your newly Unbanned profile on the flashdrive
Step 7. Go back in time to the current date
Step 8. Play all the xbox you want with your newley Unbanned xbox profile!!!

OR use this alternate method

Create a f****n new profile!

(please note that this is a joke for all you people taking this seriously and quoting this to hate on it.)
(but seriously dude why ask this.. you are banned and there is nothing you can do about... sorry)
