This is absolutely dumb. If a person can't depict the difference between virtual and reality, should he even be accessible to the public?

This collecting of the games shouldn't have been created either. Now you're setting up individuals to be more moral about the video games they play. Though, they were not forced, there pretty much morally subjected to getting rid of the games to feel that there doing "good". Whos to say this person that committed the killing wasn't mentally handicapped, and should have been monitored more severely?
