ok one last question!

If i update my ipod will it still delete all the jailbroken apps i have like it has in the past??

There has been ios 6 TETHERED jailbreak for iPhone 3GS iphone 4 and iPod touch 4th generation. All other devices no jailbreak

but dont you have to plug in your IPod every time you wanna use the store?

There is only a tethered jailbreak for A4 Devices because of the limera1n bootrom exploit! No jailbreak for A5+ Devices on iOS6 is currently out, although they are working on it! A tethered jailbreak would mean if ur device turns off them you would need to boot it tethered via redsn0w. You will also all jailbroken stuff if you do upgrade!
