You can just torrent the OS to save $150
My laptop im on right now won't even stay on for more then 20 mins.
So I can't burn windows 7
You can burn it to a disc and then set the bios to boot from disc. Just make sure you use ImgBurner to burn the iso or something of the type.
Okay so i'm going with everything he said.
I also need a keyboard and mouse for cheap. I'm going to hook it up to my tv (23 inch HD)
You said cheap, so I guess mechanical keyboards are out of the question.

I'm going with everything that
RuLeWreX linked, and the cheap mouse and keyboard you guys linked.
One last question, should I just get a usb and use that to load Win 7 onto the build and not get the CD drive, or what should I do?

Use a disk drive. The USB would make it far too complicated.
