i have an old iphone in which the screen is broken, i want to access my phones files (mainly just photos/videos)
Is there any way i can access them through my pc (windows 7)
have installed funbox and seem to get it to work but iFileExpress is not installed in my old phone and is required to transfer the data
Is there a way to also install apps to the phone such as this one just for the purpose of accessing my old files?
Any help is appreciated

Try using diskaid. I never had to install anything else when using it

Thanks for the help but diskaid is giving me the same message (connection failed due to the lock still being enabled)

Oh, I misunderstood than. There is no way to my knowledge how to get information off of the iPhone with it being locked
