i have had my alienware x51 for over 1 month now and i have had no problems. But i switched it on today and it starts up with a fuzzy screen but before this happened i was about to sign in and the mouse wouldn't move so i tried to use my spare mouse and the same thing happened so i restarted it then i got the fuzzy screen and now i cant do anything. i have never opened it or droped it so thats out of the question, so does anyone have any ideas even if they can just tell me if these are unrelated, anything will help me.

Well, after looking at this topic, I have come to the conclusion that you have a major problem. It's the fact that you've bought an Alienware.

Nah I kid aliewarenoobs, they're not all that bad. Wait, yes they are.

You might want to try safe mode first, and if there is still no luck, try a different connection to the monitor (if you're using HDMI, use DVI and vice versa)

Still no luck? System restore.

Still no luck? Send it back to alienware and ask for a mac, or build yourself a computer. Stay way clear from Alienware.
