Dont know who that is but what i did was i tuck halo reach out at night and put it away and then i turned the xbox off by the plug and the dvd tray did not close so i just closed it and went to bed and when i woke it was like this

Let it cool down for awhile then try again if it still dosent open send it to microsoft or Yank it out

Remove the faceplate and push the button yourself with a cu-tip. If this does not work then push the eject button and hold it. If that does not work then call microsoft.

open your xbox and and dvd drive that should un jam it or do that as a temporary until it can be full repaired.
