Depends on what you want out of it. Honest Hearts easily has the best character diversity and storyline of any Fallout DLC to date. Although it's very short and has little to no replay value. Old World Blues is much longer, little more challenging, and funny as hell. If you enjoy the Sci-fi theme this one's for you. Also has some cool gear. Although Honest Hearts adds a fully automatic .45 colt handgun. Me personally, I enjoyed Honest Hearts more.

why not both? Due to GOTY edition being released you can download and use the DLC. Its extremely easy on xbox 360 If thats what your on. I think ps3 is more difficult though, and PC should be Easy as well.

Both of the map packs have round about the same limited items so don't choose based on that. I would probably get Old World Blues if I was in your situation, however you could just buy the GOTY edition or wait for the next Bethesda sale and get both

I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST GETTING BOTH, but if you cant afford it go with Old World Blues. Then try to get the honest hearts a bit later.
