Almost same price as the ones you listed, even though its way overkill, or you could even go with one of the hd 7770's I listed above its up to you and your budget.

Okay, i appreciate this man So when this arrives, put it in the x16 slot? it will up the dedicated memory to 2560 or something, because I already have 512 mb in this.

Just posting you don't have to but I highly recommend upgrading your PSU because it is not a good PSU at all and if it goes it could take some of your other components with it.
