I want to start getting into YouTube. I am going to begin recording GB matches, good games, commentaries, montages, etc. What would you recommend that I record with? I was thinking about the HD PVR 2, but...yeah...I have no idea what to get.
And now I have one more question. I have been looking everywhere on how to record commentaries/live commentaries. I found something that I THINK is how, but the way it is phrased, it seems really complicated. I just need someone to explain it to me in a different way. What do I need? How do I do it?
Thanks guys!

Here are the options:
Elgato Game Capture HD
Hauppauge HD PVR 2
Roxio Game Capture HD Pro
AverMedia Game Capture HD
I've bolded the option which I think will be the best, the Elgato. The Elgato is small, sleek, and has really easy recording software.
These all offer the same quality, and if you're looking to get one on the cheap, look into the AverMedia. It doesn't have as much support, but it is cheaper, and the quality is on par with all the other options.

Elgato Game Capture HD or Hauppauge HD PVR. But the Elgato is better because its easier to hook up and its better for livestreaming but I have a HD PVR and the quality is good. If you wanted to check out the quality here is my channel [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Definitely Elgato, so small and slick. It's brilliant.
