Anybody run a competitive sniping team looking for a member [preferably on Mw2]?

I've had a bit of a break from quick scoping recently so I'm playing more Obj while I get my shot back.

I'm looking for a chilled out team who will do scrims and not care too much about w/l.
Had enough of teams like that.

I'm EU and I can record with a HD PVR
