Alright everyone listen up if you are commited to coming back to the roleplay please keep reading.
Modder: allowed to only change character's without the leaders permission
Modder's can not spawn cars for anyone/urself unless the leader says you can
NONmodders just follow the rules of the road.
when you guys talk to the leader he will give you the website evn if your a modder need t sign up
