XP Lobby help pleaseee

Whenever I try and host an xp lobby, everything goes fine until the game is about to start (the real xp lobby, not the private match) it will say at the top finding more players to balance teams? Any idea on how to fix this?

try to download a new .DLL
And make sure on your retail you search a game type
like if your .DLL starts off on team death match.
you search team death match on your retail before you infect it.
Things to make sure
The jtag's gametype is the same as the retails gametype
new. .DLL
Both tu's are same.
