Your video says It ends on the last day on Jan meaning TOTY won't be in packs.

And by the time Tevez will only be around 14k

You're missing the whole point of a giveaway to start with.
IT IS FREE so it doesn't matter if hes only 14k by the time 14k is 14k

But you seem to be missing the whole point! the title says "Want coins for TOTY packs" by that time TOTY won't be in packs.
