while playing dayz I have noticed that there is a motion delay while move and aiming making it impossible to aim at zombies and players. I have tried to lower smoothing in game but still nothing. I have also checked my vsync and it is disabled. Is it because I am using a laptop? What can I do? any help will be great thanks.

What kind of graphics card do you have because that could be the problem...
