i flashed console is a console thats DVD Drive is flashed to were you can play flash dvd games that you download on line

And you know mod menus you can put them on the hard drive and keep and infect yourself with the highest infection level possible whenever you want.

It's modified firmware put onto the DVD drive to allow it to play backed up games, like ISO mods or regular burned discs.
No it's not legal to download games online and no we won't ever give you links or help with that.
Not for anything higher than COD5.

No, you can't? What are you talking about? You wouldn't put the mod menu on hard drive and infect yourself.
Do you understand what an ISO disk is? You don't infect yourself..
