You are born when sperm breaks into an egg. Duh.

I think your theory is something nice for people to believe in who have really serious illnesses e.g. cancer, this way they don't have to spend the rest of their life regretting how short and horrible it was. In regard to it's plausibility, not likely. There is no such thing as "dying before one's time." Death simply happens to people as a culmination of life events that are mostly completely unpredictable, these things may SEEM to happen to people for a 'reason,' but they really do not. As for the existence of an afterlife, there is no proof of it, but there is proof against it. When you die your brain stops functioning, and your brain interprets everything that happens, regulates almost everything in your body, and is the reason you have ideas like your theory, once that is gone, everything might as well not exist.
