So you must have prior knowledge on how to reset challenges. if not go to this forums Halo Reach - Boosting and Legit and look for the sticky by TTG_infamous. There you can learn to challenge reset.
Also there is a daily limit of 100k cR's (thanks NUMB_Owns) and you can only change timezones once before you get cR's but they dont add.
Also Weekly Challenge :
Like a Record, Baby
Complete 50 Rounds in Firefight Matchmaking. 3000 cR's
Todays Challenges :
Where There's Smoke...
Kill 50 enemies in Firefight Matchmaking.

500cR Fire When Ready
Kill 50 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking

3000cR It was the Winter...
Complete Winter Contingency on Legendary without dying.

500cR There Are Many Like...
Kill 50 enemies with precision weapons in the Campaign today.


So lets get started.
This is for Where There's Smoke...
1. Find any firefight matchmaking game
2. Get 49 kills.
3. Finish the game without getting more kills.
4. Find another game.
5. Get 1 kill and unplug ethernet cable.
6. Connect back to xbox live.
7. Get another kill.
