Now in the moment no, later on in the future yes, with these sickness like rabies? Later on there will be a sickness like that, that would effect humans. Probably in 20-30 years.

You sound like a 8 year old. If zombies were to happen.
A- They would not heal any wounds at all, making bacteria practically eat them alive
B- They need energy, with out it they simply couldn't function, even with a "virus"
C- We have to many natural predators. Zombies in Africa will have fun with lions
D- Extreme weather would practically kill them again because the body can't function
E- Biting (usually the way it spreads) is the worst way to spread an epidemic

I'm sorry but I think zombies are the stupidest concept imaginable. There is no possibility of it EVER coming true.

I don't believe in 'zombies' as such. I do however, believe that there COULD be an incurable infection which causes infected to resort to cannibalism. Although, this would mean that they could die with a shot to the heart or stomach and would not have super-human powers so would be able to run etc.. but if you wore a leather jacket, leather clothing and a bike helmet, you would be completely protected from them. I do not know if this has been made but I suspect the government will or have made a virus like this that can spread through blood, scientist always try something new that no one else has done so there's nothing to say this hasn't been done or at least tried.
