Free-For-All, Domination (I think), Team Deathmatch, You cant switch rounds either that counts as the game ending, so for it to work in search you would have to disconnect after the first round

The time it takes you to DC from Live then sign back in is about the same as re-infecting yourself I would think.

Or do you only DC once then it sticks forever from that point?

Well if im not correct signing out works also so you can try that if it takes to long for you. and some people rather just do that then re infecting them self's also some people don't have JTAGS so this is a way they can keep the mods

Depending on the patch you have yes, the glitch will still work though all you need to do is make sure you disconnect before that second round is over
