Everytime im hotswapping the disc it goes up to 1% then an error comes up saying clean the disk whoever resolves the problem gets +Rep

You will need a new disc most likely, make sure its dual layer and you will also need a dual layer dvd burner to make sure it burns properly/works.

I tried 3 Dual layer disks still dosent work but +Rep
