You can be addicted to anything that provides joy. I was addicted to Xbox. That's why I couldn't control myself.

I used to be the same i was obese was only worried about playing xbox but i realozed it was ruining my social and life then i started working out playing sports chilling with girls an thats much better than playing xbox , good for you bro
