We pull over anybody who is breaking the law from speeding to murder.

To pull someone over, use your sirens twice quickly, one player must step outside the car and approach the criminal, if the criminal attempts anything hostile or tries to drive off, you have permission to shoot, but is suggested to rear end the car.

JUSTIFIED REASONS TO SHOOT A CRIMINAL

You may only shoot a victim if they are hostile with other players or you with a weapon, or commit a crime (only as murder) and flee the scene to shoot.

JUSTIFIED REASONS TO PULL A CRIMINAL OVER

You may only pull someone over if they commit justified crimes such as speeding, hitting a car, hit-n-running, suggested drinking and driving, or damagining public property.

A lot of people won't have mics, but once you claim an arrest on someone, you must put them in the back of your squad car, and drop them off at the jail, or any other house for a justified amount of time till you think they've learned their lesson.
