Their game developers, so they can add as many points as they want. Like you said, probably just testing it. I would not get excited about it at all.

That's exactly what I assumed but I'm skeptical why they would include "developer" spawned points in the trailer. And don't forget, the trailer for TranZit included this "240,000 round 1" gameplay and it was real 'this bank concept'.

So, let's actually see what's correct.

im not 100% sure, but it seems that the name 'die rise' is obviously a take on the name of map 'der riese'.

but they have emphasised the vertical elements of this new map, giving the 'rise' in the name, it's based in a sky scraper to this kinda makes sense.

As for the 'die' part, im pretty sure its just to add a fear element, and again it helps to take on 'der riese' so it makes sense to put that in too.

is 'The Rise'(English)

'Der Riese'(German)
is 'The Giant'(English)

They have Designed 'Die Rise' with skyscrapers, Clearly where they got the name from.

Just because he has a lot of points on round one does not mean there is a bank. The game is simply in developer (dev) mode. Dev mode is just a way for the developers to test out and make sure the map is working correctly. It allows you to noclip, enable god mode, and many other map testing commands. Also, from the looks of the video the guy playing the map has fullbright on, and you can only enable that in dev mode.

They where playing the game in dev mode, so they have god mode, tons of points.
But i think there will be a bank and fridge.
