Is there any penalties if you go into custom games and back out before you die to save your K/D?

After getting the skull with the knife I backed out of a game and got deranked

if you mean kills to downs, then nope!quitting should be fine but all downs, kills, headshots etc in that game will be counted

I never got de-ranked but i only used that method till I got blue eyes.

Yh i mean kill to down, if i keep getting kills and back out are the any consequences ?
