For what ever your favorite game is, view the achievements on it and do one or two at a time, in about a week if you commit you'll have one game close to completion.

modding it is the easist way just not the best way's

but play campaign of games get easy achevements by going through games getting the easist achivements.

There is no "easy way".

Just look up how to do achievements and just do them. It'll take time.

Avatar gets you 1000g in about 2mins, but that will be the worst 2mins you have ever spent playing a game.King kong is also another easy 1000g one.

im pretty sure fight night has super easy gamerscore too. idk about getting 1000, but you can get like 500 in maybe 1 hour
