I think it is unusual that that haven't raised it yet. They Raised the lvl cap in Borderlands 1 on the 3rd DLC. I've been lvl 50 since the game came out. I've been so bored that I have made it to lvl 50 on all the characters -_-

I guess there really is no way to put it, but i agree all my characters are max rank and ive been waiting for a new lvl cap since the first dlc
