Okay, So here is my problem, When i go to transfer my profile to my usb (Xbox) I get an error, I've tried to delete the profile as well, i continue to get an error, If anyone could help me that would be great.

Try reformatting the flash drive on your computer, then plug it back into your Xbox, configure it, and attempt to transfer the profile again.
