Me and my brother share a xbox and i want my own so should i get a new xbox or a old xbox

Well the 720 is coming out so save your money and you can get that and your brother has the 360.

I'd say just get a used one. If something happens to it you can always just revert to sharing an Xbox with your brother again.

Seriously you need to review your sources. Microsoft announced they'll try to release the 720 before E3.
