Please help, I am looking for a pc that can run games with good graphics, I was wondering if this could run games extremely well feel free to post other ones, Lol I barely know anything so don't facepalm over my stupidity.

Your best off building your own. Comment on r00t's post with your price range and he will give you a build.

From what i can see, it has no dedicated GPU, if this is the case, you wont be able to play any game, let alone with high graphics!

Build your own, you will save a shed load of money!!

As far as I can tell, it doesn't even have a discrete graphics card. This will not play games well at all and you should look into building your own.
