So, I got some new parts/accessories:
SAPPHIRE Vapor-X HD 7970 GHz Edition 3GB
i5 3750k Quad Core @ 4.2ghz
8gb Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz
ASUS Sabertooth Z77
Would I be able to run DayZ on Very High without frame problems?
I've been looking on youtube for some videos of some using the Radeon 7970 on DayZ, but haven't found one.
Anyone got an idea?

I've got a R7970 BE edition (Lightning) and with an unknown bottleneck issue, I score 27-60 (Vsync) FPS throughout, I don't recall seeing it dip below that. It's entirely playable, so you should be good to go
