I was giving gold far before the gift of gold was possible. I have done this because I stated anyone who donated to my modded nazi zombie lobbies I would donate that money back to TTG. This is why I give the gift of gold. Personally I think there are people who deserve an "awesome" badge more than I do. I'm just doing my part helping out the community where I can.

O.K. just to clear something up, those people who say that I'm just a hypocrite - 2 things, a) I really don't give a crap about a badge, b) 70 free KVs is an actual achievement - seeing as this would be worth around $2k, compared to buying maybe 5 people gold.
