You most likely dont know how to use it. You cant just back out and go to private match. You have to download cfg buttons to a usb and then put it in your ps3 and then join a pre game with someone with the cfg and then got to split screen online unlocks on and when your in the game push BACK AND UP if you still dont get it watch a YouTube video.
