ik im retarded for not knowing that blah blah blah, but i think i have an understanding of it , it says the e3 flasher can Dual-
boot . can someone explain that clearly to me please? Greatly appreciated.

The term dual-booting refers to the common configuration of specifically two operating systems. I got that from google.
