Scan lines? Or just lines made with the pen tool.

Easy. I've done that before. I could be mistaking but if I'm not, its Thrausi broken text or logo in that case.

That logo is easier than you think to make, first he just made the "L" with a circle around it, positioned it at that angle (I would use cinema 4d for that), then duplicated it a bunch to give it a 3D effect. On the top layer he would alpha to selection and then add a wireframe addition, duplicate the addition. On the bottom wireframe he would gaussian blur it and turn the opacity down a bit to add a semi-glow then set the top wireframe to overlay.

He may have also created his own custom wireframe.

At the end of the day though, 90% chance he added a C4D wireframe.

Definitely not made with scanlines or a pen tool though that screams waste of time.

It's called Cel Renderer.

You'll need to save your picture twice in Cinema 4D.

One picture you just save like normal, with the colors you want and all. Then for the second image, click Render settings again, change the name of the file so you don't overwrite the previous saved file.

Then, "Effect", "Cel Renderer", set a mark in the edges box, and then change the edge color to white, background color black.

Once saved, go in to photoshop, or whatever program you're using, and add both of the pictures you've saved. The black one on top, with the "lines".

Where it says "normal" in photoshop, select screen, and the black will go away, while the lines are "attached" to the other picture.

Easy as that. Hope this helped you, if there is any other problem, PM me and I'll try to help you :bigups:
