No there will not be multiplayer, but you can wait for Elder Scrolls Online.

Heck no, the mainstream Elder Scrolls games are made to be single player, they would be ruined as Online multiplayer games.

Elder Scrolls Online is created for PC only, sadly no Multiplayer from consoles. I was quite exicted myself because I was thinking that both Xbox and PC will be receiving this. But after reading a couple of articles, I was kind disappointed when I found out that Xbox wasn't included.

it hasn't been ruled out they are just waiting on the next-gen consoles.

but it wont be skyrim online but the Elder scrolls online

No and hopefully there will never be. Skyrim is meant for singleplayer. If there was multiplayer, it would ruin those who want to play legit (A very small portion of the community.)
