I'm in the first year of my career mode with Chelsea and I've built the following team:

GK: Neuer
LB: Cole
CB: Luiz
CB: Hummels
RB: Danilo
CM: Wilshere
CDM: M'Vila
CAM: Mata
LM: Hazard
RM: Neymar
ST: Muriel

Bench: Ramires, Oscar, Rodrigo, Sturridge

I'm currently using the 4-2-3-1 formation, but do any of you who have more experience recommend a different formation with my current squad?

I've learned that patient passing is very helpful in this formation so I'm trying to do well with it, but I do like to do crosses (but I know my team isn't made for that) and I like to use quick paced counter attacks when possible. I would like something a little more attacking, but I would like to maintain 4 in the back for defense. If I need to get another player, I'm open to suggestions as well. Thanks in advance.
