I have a iphone 4
Version 6.0.1
Firmware 3.0.04
Can i unlock it? If so how? i want to use it with either tmobile or att. Please help!!!! (it is currently with sprint)

Since you have a sprint iPhone it is not possible to unlock it to use on t-mobile or AT&T.

Sprint is a CDMA network and AT&T and T-mobile are GSM networks. They are not compatible.

your obviously stupid once its flashed it can be used with cricket boostmobile page plus etc. i did my research

As Baseband said, you can't use it with AT&T or T-mobile since they are GSM networks, but another very popular network that you COULD use it with is Verizon.
