i dont have a Jailbroken Ps3 and i want to host Challenge Lobbies and have a mod menu is there any way of me being able to do this online without a Jailbroken Ps3

yes its possible. You can host yourself in mw2 with a CFG Infection and a USB. In w@w you only need a USB and a modded save for cfg and dont need to get infected.

For mw2 you need a USB, with 2 CFG files, one for your mod menu "buttons_default" and jokamodz unlock all, so the unlock all option works on your mod menu, message me and i will sent you my mod menu CFG patch and host a CFG infection for you buddy.
