It's better then windows 7. Anyone who says it sucks obviously never had it or they didn't give it a chance.

Well see, that's your opinion.
I had it for awhile and did not like it.

I personally like windows 8 except that it looks like a 3rd grader designed it.

Its Confusing. Its like The Xbox Model. Its Straight Wack.
Yah right. i just like the plain windows 7 and maybe install a nice theme and that's it
You Can Get A Windows 7 View So Its Still Pretty Dopee
Yah i know but still maybe i will like it thought you never know i just never took the time to download windows 8 and see how it really is and i don't think i will, im just going to stick to windows 7 premium.
You Gotta Try It Sometime Tho. The Layout Is Really Dopee.
I need to find a legit download i don't want to buy it.

Been using it since its release date. Absolutely love it. Easy to use, very fast. Not much different from windows 7 apart from a more functional start menu and a cool windows store you can download all kinds of funky stuff through (including some desktop apps like GTAIV).
But just to repeat, it is windows with an updated start menu... Loving the fact you can personalise it lots . Dead easy to use too!
<Start + D> for desktop, <start> for startmenu.. type in application name and hit enter and it loads up...
The OS as it stands is almost identical to Win 7... Few cool new features like the task manager has been improved... love that! and the graph of read/write to disc is cool too. Everything that worked on windows 7 works great on windows 8 too so further proof that not much has changed.
I only paid 24.99 for it too, so WOW.. welldone Windows! Sweet as!
Oh, check out the music app in UK from the windows store.. free streaming music, it's pretty sweet!

"If it ain't broke, don't fix it" That's what I say but after buying a new PC I got Windows 8 and I got used to it and now actually prefer it over Windows 7 even though I hated it before I tried it so "Don't judge a book by it's cover"
;)
