Actually there could be grounds for a lawsuit if a gamer were to take it so far. See you are paying for a service (Xbox Live) and you are playing by the rules they lay down. If he suspends your service for a reason that is not valid then if someone were inclined they could sue but if he suspends you for hacking or glitching then yeah your S.O.L. so go complain to a rock cause well you brought it on yourself and no one else is gonna pity you. Too be honest I don't really think The Pro does much wrong here apart from mention Jesus, which is violating the Terms Of Use and mention his salary oh and he does say that he'd ban every console his account had ever been on which is way out of line too.
