I have around 220-240 GBP to spend on both of these items!
The graphics card must be able to run the newest games at high fps!

What are your current specs? Can't really suggest anything without them due to fact that if I suggest a GPU there is a chance your CPU may not be able to keep up with it causing a bottleneck.

Total: 236.98 GBP including VAT and delivery.
For the GPU I went with a 7870, you won't have trouble playing games on high-max settings on 1080p with playable frame rates. For an example of how much FPS you'll be getting check here; [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
For the PSU, I went with an XFX 550W, it's enough to run your system and is great quality. It's a manufactured by SeaSonic who are very reliable when it comes to power supplies. The only downside to the PSU would be that it's non-modular.
Oh and if you meant another currency please specify and I'll suggest something else according to the currency.

You need a new unit ASAP, even if you aren't going to get a new card. You 100% need to upgrade it and per the specs given on Scan, I don't think it even has a PCI power connector. Can you confirm this?

That is a piece of c**p PSU. I would throw it away ASAP and get a good brand one like a corsair

nope ! I knew it was shit but I have not had the time to replace it but I will be ordering a new one in the next 3 days!

Just a tip for the future, never cheap out on your power supply as it may blow and take your other components with it and no one wants that to happen.
