i resetted the timezone and rezched cap and it wont reset again help me plus rep

they only let u do that once in a 24 hr period so they can try to prevent boosting but they cant completely stop it

Try login it on a different computer if you have one on a different IP Address and it could possibly work? Won't hurt to try if you have that option

Sorry, but your all wrong. You can credit limit THREE times a day. When present and future time zones are limited, you change to +00 London and restart, then to +14 Karibati. That gives you a third timezone (somehow) to use.
