Does anyone know where I can purchase the SSD's for the Mid 2012 Retina Macbook Pro's?

The Retina models have everything mounted to the motherboard. You can't replace anything without replacing the entire board.

Yes you cant replace the SSD on retina

It's possible I just need to know where to purchase them, the SSD is one of the only parts to not be soldered on

I see now, I was under the impression that the SSD was either mounted to the board or not replaceable due to a completely proprietary design. OWC sells the drives:
