I have a alienware x51 with 1GB GDDR5 NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 and I want to upgrade to Asus Nvidia GeForce GT 630 Graphics Card (2GB DDR3, PCI Express 2.0, HDMI, DVI-I, VGA, Nvidia 3D Vision, Dust-Proof Fan, Super Alloy Power) will this work and will this even make it better ( idk much about graphics card )

I hope you realise that you would be downgrading your gpu. Bigger numbers mean it's better!

Don't do it. It's a lower end card that only has more memory.

my budget is about 60 and I have had no problems with my alienware and it can play bf3 on ultra so I don't think the is anything wrong with it

You're falling for the gimmick of more VRAM. You already fell for the Alienware gimmick, don't get fooled again.

The best upgrade you can make would be selling the X51 and building a good PC or buying a prebuilt that doesn't suck as much.

If You Can Play a Graphically Intense Game Like BF3, Why The Upgrade?
